Welcome to WebWithAdarsh.com (“Website”). These terms and conditions govern your use of our services related to website design, development, and related digital solutions.
By purchasing any service from WebWithAdarsh.com, you agree to the following terms:
- Services Offered
We provide one-time website development services including business websites, LMS (Learning Management System), eCommerce, real estate portals, booking sites, personal portfolio sites, and custom tools (like inquiry forms, CRMs, etc.).
Each service includes only the features mentioned in the chosen plan. Custom features require a separate discussion and may incur extra charges.
- Payment Terms
✅ All services are offered on a one-time payment basis.
✅ Work begins only after 50% advance payment is received.
✅ Remaining 50% is due before final handover or go-live.
✅ Payments are accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay, etc.
- Ownership & Delivery
✅ You will receive 100% ownership of the website (domain, hosting, design, and content).
✅ Project delivery timeline is 3–10 days based on the package selected.
✅ We provide all admin login credentials upon completion.
- Revisions & Support
✅ Up to 2 minor revisions are included during development.
✅ Post-delivery support includes 7 days of technical guidance (via WhatsApp or email).
✅ Ongoing maintenance, content updates, or changes are chargeable.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Website content (text, images, logo, course details, etc.)
- Their business information, contact details, and branding preferences
- Timely feedback and approval to avoid project delays
- Refund Policy
✅ No refund will be issued once the work has started and resources are allocated.
✅ If the project is canceled before development starts, only 80% of the amount may be refunded after reviewing.
✅ No refund is applicable on completed projects or delivered digital assets.
- Intellectual Property
✅ All custom work and design created for the client is their property upon full payment.
✅ We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Third-party Services
We are not liable for third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting provider, payment gateways) used in the website.
- Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the legal compliance of the content they provide — including text, images, videos, and downloadable resources.
- Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
